Transaction labeling / Metadata

Ability to add transaction labelling / metadata to transactions within the Wallet. This should be encrypted using the private key, or alternatively the hardware wallet, as applicable.

This should be by standard a opt-in feature to preserve the idea of anonymity, with associated warnings to users should they activate it.

    Maybe the default for the wallet could be for usability, as opposed to anonymity, however provide the ability to configure as such for power users / anonymity conscious users?

    Maybe opt-out could be used, provided that warnings were obvious to the end user that transaction labeling / metadata storage was enabled.
