Auto detect when connected Ledger or other hardware wallet

Selfey wallet should able to auto detected connected hardware wallet.

This can reduce the time to keep selecting a different option to reach the wallet.

The step should be

1. connect Hardware wallet and unlock it.

2. open Selfkey wallet (should have set default for frequent use wallet option)

3. already on the dashboard.

4. got an option to switch between different wallet instantly in the GUI.

Great to hear that, with this function, i would not need to use MEW already.

We need to see if this is possible, but this is a good idea which would really improve the UX.
